Infynetic Software Solutions ("Infynetic", "we", "us") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of the data we hold about you when you use infynetic.com or our services.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To have your data deleted, follow these steps:

Send an email to info@infynetic.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Include your full name and the email address or phone number you used when contacting us, so we can locate your records.
Optionally, mention whether you want all data deleted or only specific information.

To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. We will reply to confirm that we have received it.

3. Data We Delete

Contact and inquiry details (name, email, phone number, company name, project requirements).
Email and WhatsApp correspondence stored in our systems.
WhatsApp Business Platform data: stored message content and logs, recipient phone numbers, message templates, and saved WhatsApp Business Account identifiers and access tokens. To disconnect an account, mention the WhatsApp Business Account ID or phone number in your request.
Any other personal information associated with your request.

4. Deletion Timeline

Once your request is verified, your personal data will be deleted from our active systems within 30 days. Backups are purged on their regular rotation cycle. We will send you a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

5. Data We May Retain

We may retain limited information where required by law, such as invoices and records needed for accounting, taxation, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes. Such data is kept only for the legally required period and is not used for any other purpose.
